ETC or Etsy Texas Crafters are a group of artists and collectors who live in Texas or wish they did. We gather together several times a month to hold fun sales and challenges. On the first Monday of each month we hold our ETC FIRST MONDAYS and it will be 24 hours of a special kind of sale. This 1st Monday is it FREE SHIPPING!
