Many of you know that my girls and I have worked this past year to raise money for one of the students who graduated last year from our high school WT White. Jasmin has cancer and is being raised by a single mom with several children.
This child has been such a moving and postive influence on not only our lives but the lives of all our students and family.
We just received is word : I am sorry to report that Jasmin is not doing well at this time and has returned to the hospital. She is under heavy medication and her family is with her. Please keep her and her family in your prayers at this very difficult time.
Please we ask that you offer up healing prayers for this special young lady and her family. She is so inspiring to everyone who knows her or hears about her. She has taught us about faith and endurance. She worked very hard to keep up with her studies, many of them AP classes and graduated with her class in May of 2008.

Our prayers will be with her. My grandmother is in the hospital and not expected to make it so we understand how hard this can be at any time of year, but doubly hard with the holidays coming esp. when you have childrens' spirits to keep up and need to put on a brave face. We should all have faith and be thankful for the time we have with our loved ones!
